Beautifuly designed accommodation with handy setting near grocery/pharmacies and Madison Square Garden. A good choice of fabulous options for meal. Generally exceptional service with parking nearby. Late check out. Exceptional stay, as always.

The location was perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from a long-standing department store. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly the whole time of my stay.

Everything was simply nice. Urban king room with good facilities was ready when we arrived. The rooftop bar was amazing, loved this place.

What a lovely stay! The rooftop views were to die for, and their cocktails are truly something special. don't miss out on the Honeydew Negroni. The bathroom's water pressure was fantastic, which made every shower feel luxurious, too!

I stayed for 5 nights in a King City room. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from Times Square. The gym was well-equipped, and the room was spacious enough for my family. Breakfast options were good and worth adding to my stay. The staff were attentive and helpful 😊

Location is fantastic. Just a short walk to Times Square. The rooftop bar has amazing views. Service can be slow, and it took ages to get ice for my daughter. Admin should really improve on that.

Great for a couple looking for comfort

The rooftop bar had an amazing vibe with fine views and we had a blast up there having drinks and catching the sunset! The room although small, was cozy and the shower was great, definitely got us ready for the day!

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable.

The room had a refrigerator and a tea/coffee maker, along with cable channels for entertainment. The gym was super nice with new equipment, and I loved the spa facilities for a good workout. The views from the rooftop were amazing, overlooking the iconic skyline. Perfect location, just a short walk to everything.

The bed was super comfy, seriously the highlight. I loved the sleek design and the cool hangout area downstairs. Plus, the room had a nice view. Otherwise, it was a solid spot for a fun trip!
